Add Attachment to Album

PUT api/message/attachment/add-to-album/{message_attachment_id}

This is used to add an message attachment to album.

401 - Unauthorized

The request requires valid bearer token, but none were provided, or the bearer token is invalid.

404 - Not Found

The server could not find the requested resource.

The user has exceeded the rate limit of 120 requests per minute.
